Mohamed El Barkani, a Moroccan photographer based in Germany, recently switched from the Sony Alpha SLT system to the Olympus OM-D E-M10. To accompany his brand new mirrorless camera, he decided to invest in the Olympus M.Zuiko 7-14mm f/2.8, one of the four lenses in Olympus’ PRO series. In his review, he shares his experiences and thoughts about the new lens while demonstrating its usefulness with an interesting gallery of photographs taken in New York City. He also showcases the flexibility of the lens for a vast number of genres including not only architecture and landscapes but also group portraiture, unique close-ups, cityscapes, night skies and more.
