Along with announcing the Lumix GH5, Lumix G85 and three Leica lenses, Panasonic also announced firmware update 1.1 for the GX85 / GX80 that will further enhance the camera’s performance by adding a Focus Stacking function. This new mode enables users to take multiple images of the same frame with different areas of focus.
Other improvements include a Focus Bracket menu with a Sequence Function that allows users to set the bracket images to be shot farther and closer from the focus point. What’s more, flash mode can be set to forced-off when using a built-in flash.
