Olympus recently released new firmware updates for three M.Zuiko lenses. The first on the list is the 12-50mm F3.5-6.3 EZ. Firmware 1.4 brings the following improvements:
- The lens aperture is now more stable when shooting videos.
Then we have another kit lens, the 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 EZ. Firmware 1.2 brings the same improvement mentioned above, in addition an improvement to manual focus shooting operations.
Finally we have an update for the 12-40mm f/2.8 Pro lens. Firmware 1.3 brings once again the stability improvement for the lens aperture when shooting video, as well as enhanced stability of sequential shooting when using the E-M1 Mark II.
